Time for meet-and-greet as city council polls near

CHICAGO, IL -Political activist Salman Aftab hosted a meet-and-greet with the Mayoral Candidate Alderman of 2nd ward Bob Fioretti on November 16.

This was the first of the three such events with the Mayoral Candidates in the upcoming City Council elections. The next meet-and-greet with Commissioner Jeses ‘Chuy’ Garcia will be announced soon.

These events are organized before each elections by AMT-PAC to endorse candidates and inform the community about the contestants they could offer their support.

Prominent businessman and political leader Rashid Chaudry thanked the Alderman and encouraged the community to be more pro-active in local politics.

Prominent Indian American and former Du-Page county Trustee Moin Khan Moon also participated in the question-answer session.
