Men’s ODI World Cup: Shami fastest to 50 World Cup wicketsNovember 15, 2023Mumbai, Nov 15 ( IANS) Mohammed Shami on Wednesday became fastest bowler to take 50 wickets playing against New Zealand in the first semi final of the ICC ODI World Cup at the Wankhede Stadium.Shami now has a total of 50 wickets in World Cups in 17 innings, the quickest by anyone, beating Starc’s 19.
