Weightlifter Jeremy Lalrinnuga registers win at the commonwealth championships

England -19-year-old weightlifter Jeremy Lalrinnunga has won the Commonwealth Championship despite not being able to get his best score. The young sensation has managed to secure golf for himself having lifted 305 kg in the men’s 67 kg category. On Friday, the weightlifter performed every other contender at the Commonwealth Championships at Tashkent, Uzbekistan. India has been relying on him ever since he clinched a gold at the 2018 Youth Olympics. His personal best, however, came in  2019 where he lifted 306 kg (140kg+166kg) in the same category.
