Two men charged with attempted murder, carjacking in attacks minutes apart in Lawndale neighborhood

Two Chicago men are accused of shooting at one person, then trying to steal the vehicle of a woman who had seen the first attack Sunday in the Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side, police said.
