BUY-SELL | HELP WANTED | MATRIMONIAL

We lost one of the most promising actors of Bollywood, Sushant Singh Rajput, last year. At the age of 34, Sushant had already established his place in Bollywood, and one can’t help but think about his multi-fold talents. He was truly an artist of all kinds. He wasn’t just an actor; he was an all-rounder who was committed to his craft. The pages from his diary showed all the things he wanted to achieve by the end of 2020. But sadly, those dreams remained a dream…

This clip, titled Asian Paints Where the Heart is Season 2, was uploaded three years ago. The video now has around 9.5 million views, which stands highest for the channel. One can see Sushant’s Bandra house in the video. The sea-facing apartment in a high-rise building in Mumbai is a dream for many.

For someone who started as an engineer and then moved to acting, Sushant’s house is a perfect portrayal of that. In this episode, one can also see contemporary photographs with tasteful history emanating via pictures and antique pieces. Sushant mentioned that his living room is a ‘time travel space’ as it has items from the past and the future. He also mentioned that if one takes a peek into this room, they will find themselves in a different world.

For the unversed, Sushant wished to be an astronaut as a child. His obsession with galaxies multiplied as he aged. One can see a Meade LX600 telescope in the video and a dedicated moon room, where he used to enjoy star-gazing. He also used to watch ‘Jupiter and Saturn rings’, as said by him. Even his collection of books spoke volumes about his introversion.

Sushant’s dog also makes an appearance in the video. Moreover, he shows around his dream car model and the real Masserati in his garage. He also talks about his home and career, saying “This house is made up of old, broken, fixed things, which I can completely relate to because that’s how my career has also been built.”

Towards the end of the clip, Sushant unveils that if SRK ever visits his house, he would ask him to watch Kai Po Che. He says, “He is a big inspiration. So I would ask him to watch my first film, and then the second film, and then the rest of them.”
