Thousands of seniors in Chicago public housing get their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine: ‘I can’t wait to see my family’

For the first time since the coronavirus pandemic began, dozens of people gathered the community room of a public housing building for senior citizens in South Chicago. They were there to get COVID-19 vaccinations.
