Sant Rajinder Singh Ji meets India President

Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj, head of Science of Spirituality and president of Human Unity Conferences, was invited by the President of India, Pranab Mukherjee, to his residence, Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi, India for a private meeting on June 30.

Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj , who was warmly received by the President at Rashtrapati Bhavan, apprised him in detail of the spiritual activities of Science of Spirituality and how this global nonprofit organization is working towards global peace and human unity through meditation.

The President was highly appreciative about the various annual international conferences Sant Rajinder Singh Ji convenes on Global Peace, Mysticism, and Human Unity. He also appreciated the annual Veggie Fest sponsored by Science of Spirituality in Naperville, Illinois, where over 35,000 people attend to learn about health, wellness, meditation, and the vegetarian diet.

They also discussed how Sant Rajinder Singh Ji’s recent visit on May 2 to give an address at the United Nations on “Meditation as Medication for the Soul,” highlighted how interest in meditation, health and wellness, peace, and unity is growing among people around the world.

Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj, who is also an internationally celebrated author, presented the President of India with a memento and some of his best-selling books, including Meditation as Medication for the Soul, Inner and Outer Peace through Meditation, and Empowering Your Soul through Meditation.

The President showed keen interest in his spiritual books. Recognizing Sant Rajinder Singh Ji’s important work, the President thanked him for his untiring efforts towards global peace and human unity.
