Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj Recipient of High Honor in Colombia

CHICAGO,IL – From December 25, 2019 through January 7, 2020, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj visited Ecuador and Colombia, South America to spread the message of inner and outer peace through spirituality. He held meditation seminars, gave talks on inner enlightenment, and shared his message with thousands of people.

Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj, head of Science of Spirituality, travels the globe extensively teaching meditation on the inner Light and Sound of God, encouraging those he meets to lead ethical lives and realize their true selves as soul.

On December 31, during his stay in Colombia, the government of the Department of Quindío in Colombia conferred upon Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj the Gran Cruz Extraordinaire (The Extraordinary Grand Cross), the highest honor conferred by the department’s administration. The award recognizes individuals whose selfless contributions have contributed to progress and development of the Department. The Extraordinary Grand Cross award was granted by the governor of the Department of Quindío, Carlos Eduardo Osorio Buritica.

Over the last 30 years, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj has received numerous awards and recognition at the state, national, and international levels for his contributions to peace, spirituality, and education. The Gran Cruz Extraordinaire was granted as a testament of gratitude for the spiritual Master’s invaluable and exceptional contributions to uplift the spiritual consciousness of the people of Colombia and for his tireless efforts to promote inner and outer peace through meditation.
