S Originals to release 9 Telugu films with new talent in 2022

Hyderabad: A production house which has made its mark with content-oriented films, S Originals is stepping into the New Year with renewed enthusiasm. As many as nine films are set to be released under the S Originals banner in 2022, that too in multiple languages.

With every movie being made with a unique concept, the production house is all geared up to make its mark in Telugu cinema even stronger in 2022 by believing in content and talent.

Already home to new-age stories, the production house is going the extra mile. Expressing optimism, techie-turned Producer Srujan Yarabolu said, “My ambition is that S Originals should always hold a special place in Telugu cinema. Nine movies are being released next year under S Originals banner. The shoots of these films are almost completed. Newcomers with a good bunch of talent are being encouraged.”

“A slew of films is being planned with senior comedy king Brahmanandam garu, Swathi, Samuthirakani, Shivatmika Rajasekhar, Rahul Vijay-starrer ‘Panchatantram’, a film with emerging actor Santosh Shoban, and a beautiful love story will be introduced with MR Productions fame Subhash as the director (the film is in post-production),” he adds.

Giving more details about the upcoming projects, he shares, “The final schedule of shooting for ‘Aham’ movie, starring actor Sumant as the hero, will take place soon. New director Brijesh is helming the upcoming project ‘Viral’. We are also making a film under the direction of ‘Gatham’ fame Kiran. The film is in the final stages of shooting. In addition to these, we are making a movie called ‘Old Monk’ in Kannada under the direction of Srini of ‘Birbal Trilogy’ fame. And, a movie being made in Malayalam starring ‘96’ fame Gouri Kishan under the direction of new director Vishnu is complete.”
