Ranveer Singh Has A Hilarious Response To Deepika Padukone’s Complain About Him To Amitabh Bachchan

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone often get involved in online banter, but this time the actress took it to the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati. Padukone along with her Happy New Year director, Farah Khan, graced the sets of KBC for a special episode. During her conversation with Amitabh Bachchan, she complained to him how Singh does not do what he promises.

In a promo from the episode, Padukone is seen complaining about her husband, Singh to Bachchan. She complains about how the actor never cooks for her. “He had once promised to cook breakfast for me and he still has not,” she says.

Bachchan immediately calls the actor up to resolve the matter. “Instead of giving him my warm regards, you are complaining about me?,” Singh retorts. He then goes on to hilariously answer Bachchan’s question as to why he hasn’t been cooking for Padukone and says, “Amitabh sir ne bol dia hai. Ab tujhe main godd mein bitha ke omelette khilauga (Now that Amitabh sir has said, it, I will put you in my lap and feed you omelette).”

On the work front, Deepika has multiple projects lined up. She will be starring with Singh in Kabir Khan’s ‘83. She also has a Shakun Batra’s untitled movie lined up where she will be seen with Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi. She will also be seen in Siddharth Anand’s Fighter in which she will star opposite Hrithik Roshan. The star will also be reuniting with Shah Rukh Khan in Pathan which will also star John Abraham in the lead role. She also has the Intern remake with Amitabh Bachchan in the pipeline.

Apart from ‘83, Ranveer Singh is awaiting the release of Jayeshbhai Jordaar, delayed due to the lockdown owing to the second wave of Covid. He will next be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus.
