The Rajya Sabha was forced to adjourn till noon as opposition members raised various issues, including Pegasus snooping and farm laws.
The House Chairman Venkaiah Naidu adjourned the House no sooner than he allowed commencement of the Zero Hour.
Some members of the Opposition parties had come to the House with placards which were waved even while the customary papers were laid on the Table.
Since the start of the Monsoon Session, opposition members have been protesting, among others, against the alleged Pegasus Spyware snoop incident. They are trying to force a discussion on the issue, and are seeking a statement from the government.
The Members did not relent despite persuasion from the Chair against their disruptive conduct in the House.
