North Aurora man charged in fatal Aurora hit-and-run was using iPhone when crash happened, police say

Police said a driver from North Aurora accused of fatally striking an 18-year-old Aurora pedestrian in a hit-and-run Sunday was using an iPhone when the crash occurred.
