New Delhi, Nov 14 (IANS) Former prime minister Manmohan Singh, Congress president Sonia Gandhi and the party vice president Rahul Gandhi on Friday paid floral tributes to India’s first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru on his 125th birth anniversary.

"Our tributes to the man who built the foundations of modern India-Pandit Nehru on his 125th birth anniversary," Congress said in a tweet.

Manmohan Singh, Sonia and Rahul Gandhi offered floral tributes at Shanti Vana – the memorial of Nehru on the banks of river Yamuna.
