Load your refrigerators with tonnes of cucumbers this summer because you will definitely make this recipe again and again!Ingredients:Cucumber – 2 nosBoiled black channa – 1 and 1/2 cupChopped Tomato – 1 nosChopped Onion – 1/2Lemon juice – 1-2 tablespoonsGranted Paneer – 1/2 cupChopped Coriander – 1/2 cupMint paste – 1/2 cupBlack pepper – 1-2 tablespoonsGreen chilli – chopped 2 teaspoonsSchezwan sauce – 4-6 tablespoonsSalt to tasteMethod:Peel the cucumber, and cut them into two lengthwise pieces, deseed themAdd the boiled black channa, tomato, onion, black pepper, green chilli, mint paste, Schezwan sauce and salt.
