Lokesh Muni Ji visiting America

New York: Jain guru Acharya Lokesh Muni is visiting America form July 6 to July 24 for a lecture tour, and take part in religious programs.

Lokesh Muni founded Ahimsa Vishwa Bharati in Delhi as a voluntary organization that aims at promoting non-violence, peace, communal harmony, working against female feticide and drug addiction. He is a renowned writer and orator and was honored with the national award for promotion of communal harmony and national integration last year.

During his US visit, the Acharya will participate in Pratishtha Mahotsav at Jain Temple in New Jersey on July 7. He will proceed to Chicago on July 15 where he will give a talk on ‘Jainism and Healthy Living’ at the local Jain temple. From July 19, he will again be in the New York-New Jersey area.
