Indian American Community in Chicago Hosts Open Dialogue with BJP Leaders

CHICAGO, IL- In a lively Nukkad Samvaad (street dialogue) organized by the Overseas Friends of BJP (OFBJP) USA, the Indian American community of Chicago gathered to deliberate on the significance of retaining Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a third consecutive term. The event, graced by Sh. Atul Garg, the BJP Member of Parliament candidate from Ghaziabad, and Sh. Khemchand Sharma, a BJP spokesperson, provided a platform for attendees to engage and seek insights.

The Sunday interaction underscored the vital role of the Indian American community in shaping political narratives. It aimed to foster candid conversations, shedding light on the achievements of the Modi government and the imperative of its continuity. Dr. Adapa Prasad, head of OFBJP USA, underscored this engagement’s importance, stating, “Our aim is to connect with the diaspora, offering a forum to understand why India needs Prime Minister Modi to lead the nation for another term.”

Sh. Atul Garg, exuding confidence in his electoral prospects, reassured the audience of the BJP’s strong position to secure governance once again. “We’ve tirelessly worked to propel India towards development and progress. The overwhelming support from the people speaks volumes, and I am confident of our victory,” Garg affirmed.

Sh. Khemchand Sharma, in his discourse, reiterated the transformative impact of Prime Minister Modi’s leadership over the past decade. He underscored the administration’s strides across various sectors, including economic growth, infrastructure development, healthcare enhancements, and bolstered international relations. “Under Prime Minister Modi’s stewardship, India has witnessed unparalleled growth and development. Initiatives like Make in India, Digital India, and Swachh Bharat have reshaped the nation. We remain steadfast in advancing this trajectory,” Sharma declared, igniting hope and optimism among the attendees.

The enthusiastic participation and dynamic exchanges with BJP leaders epitomized a unified front, with many expressing unwavering support for Prime Minister Modi.
