Hyderabad: Woman conned by cyber fraudsters

Hyderabad: A woman from the city lost Rs 5.70 lakh to cyber fraudsters.

The victim, a resident of Punjagutta, had two credit cards of a private bank and recently found that someone else used the cards and spent about Rs. 5.70 lakh.

After checking with the financial institution about the transactions, she approached the Cybercrime police station and lodged a complaint. A case has been booked.

Police officials suspect that someone could have cloned the cards and used them.
