Grand Opening Ceremony of Senior Citizen Parivar Center and Shivalaya

ELGIN, IL- On December 7th, 2019 Senior Citizen Parivar of Elgin IL. celebrated grand opening ceremony of Senior Citizen Parivar center and Shivalaya.

More then 300 people including invited guest participated in this event. Within 5 years this organization buy their own senior building in presence of record number of Parivar Members and Mayor and Prominent Business owners, Donors and guests from community.

In the begining of the event Dhirajbhai Suvagia – Chairman of this organization welcome to all senior community and invited guest. At sharp 2 pm Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting ceremony performed by Mayor of Elgin (Dave Kaptain),Bharatbhai Suvagia, and Ghanshyambhai Savani. American Flag hosting ceremony performed by Ashok Patel through parade.

Deep Pragatya (Lamp Lightning) performed by Jayandra Desai ( SCPE Secretary),Dhiraj Suvagia (SCPE Chairman), Kalubhai Suvgia, Dalshukh Vaghasiya, BK Vaghani, Ghanshyam Savani, Narsinh Patel ( President of Indian Seniors of Chicago),Chhotalal Patel (CEO of Umiya Dham of Midwest), Bharat Suvagia (Vice President of American Powder Coatings Inc.), Jagdish Thakkar (Vice Chairman of SCPE), Batuk Shukla (SCPE President), Bharti Shukla, and Paulomi Desai.

Chairman of SCPE Dhiraj Suvagia thanked all invited guest, Supporter and sponsors who helped supported to this senior organization. He said “Within 5 years we bought 3 Acares facilities for our SCPE Seniors Citizens. New facilities name is “Senior Citizen Parivar Center & Shivalaya” In this news facilities we have a beautiful stage with lighting arrangement, We are going to made prayer room with god statue, library room so during the day time any members can come to new facility to read books,play game and spend their time.”

Mayor of St. Charles Raymond P Rogina congratulated to Dhiraj Suvagia to buying new home for seniors. Dhiraj Suvagia also introduced Ashok Patel for stage lighting arrangement and Kishore Purohit for help buying new building process.

74th birthday celebration of Dhiraj Suvagia at this occasion by his son Bharat, Daughter in law Reena, and Pravina Suvagia gave him birthday wishes.

Entertainment cultural dance program followed by Nartan Dance Academy Director choreographer and dancer Mrugksi Patel and her students Voluntarily performed Bharat Natyam, Kichi Pudi dances for New Senior’s home. The program’s Master of Ceremony was Jayendra Desai

At the end Dhiraj thanked Arun Thakkar and his team who provided delicious food.
