Clifton Seniors Association Enlightens with Educational Seminar Series

CLIFTON, NJ- Clifton Seniors Association continues to illuminate its commitment to educational and spiritual enrichment through a series of engaging seminars. Following the resounding success of the recent Financial Planning Seminar, the Indo-American Seniors Association of Clifton, in collaboration with the Param Care Foundation, proudly presented “Vedas in Daily Life” by Swami Sri Sharvanandaji from the Adi Shankara Brahma Vidya Peeth Ashram in Uttarkashi. CEO and Owner of the Param Care Foundation, Mr. Vipul Amin, commenced the program with Pathana, followed by a gracious introduction of Swamiji.

Association President Bharat Rana extended a warm invitation to Assemblywoman Rosy Bagolie and Clifton Mayor Mr. Ray Grabowski to present a bouquet to Swamiji. Swami Sharvanandaji captivated the packed audience at the Param Day Care Center in Clifton with his eloquent delivery in Hindi. A Mechanical Engineering degree holder, Swamiji possesses profound expertise in Vedantic literature, alongside fluency in Sanskrit, Hindi, English, and Bengali. He eloquently expounded on topics such as Karmayoga, Upanishads, and Vedantic Philosophy in daily life, captivating everyone’s attention during his hour and a half discourse and engaging in insightful Q&A sessions. Swamiji’s dissemination of ritual knowledge was deeply informative.

The event was graced by the presence of New Jersey State Assemblywoman Ms. Rosy Bagolie, Clifton Mayor Mr. Ray Grabowski, as well as community leaders from various organizations. Accompanied by past President of FIA and DD’s CEO Mr. Anand Patel, they added to the distinguished audience.

President Bharat Rana expressed gratitude to the committee members, including Secretary Yogeshbhai Trivedi, Vice President Jayesh Gandhi, Executive Committee members Arun Bhatia, Randhir Naik, Mahesh Patel, Alka Rana, Varsha Trivedi, Nanda Bhatia, Suverna Shah, Hema Trivedi, and numerous volunteers whose dedication ensured the seminar’s success.

The program concluded with a sumptuous vegetarian dinner, fostering further camaraderie among attendees.
