Chicago police move to prevent cops from stopping man who alleged he was detained more than 60 times in 15 years over mistaken identity

Chicago police have moved to keep officers from stopping a man who sued last week alleging that he’d been detained more than 60 times by cops who mistook him for man with the same name wanted on an arrest warrant downstate.
