Bruhud NY Seniors completes 7 years

NEW YORK, NY — Bruhud New York Seniors organized a grand celebration of its 7th anniversary under the guidance of Shashikant Patel and Gopi Udeshi at a 5-star banquet hall on August 23.

Special invitees on the occasion included Mohd. Hack, community coordinator of Queens Borough, David I Wiprin, NY Assemblyman , Aliya Latif from Liason of Comptroller office of NYC and dignitaries of the Indian community.

Borough president Melinda Katz honored a popular Bollywood actor by presenting him with an award for his public service. The latter addressed the crowd and expressed his gratitude towards New York Seniors.

City of NY comptroller Scott M. Stringer awarded a citation to Bruhud NY Seniors for its selfless services.

Liaquat Mian and Pretty who have performed with celebrities across the US presented a musical program which was greeted with a thunderous applause by the elderly members of Bruhud NY Seniors who also enjoyed a sumptuous dinner.
