Afghan foreign minister Mohd Haneef Atmar arrives in India

Aghanistan foreign minister Mohammad Haneef Atmar arrived at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) airport in New Delhi on Monday. He was received by an Indian diplomat upon his arrival.
