Tharoor denies hosting Sansad TV till suspension of 12 MPs is cancelled

New Delhi– Member of Parliament from Thrivanathuram and a top level diplomat, Shashi Tharoor has announced that he will be not hosting Sansad TV in protest to the suspension of 12 MPs which was done last week on grounds of indiscipline during an ongoing session.  Prasson Joshi had earlier dismissed 12 MPs from Rajya Sabha for indiscipline during the monsoon session and the decision was announced on the first day of the winter session. Opposing the decision, Tharoor said that he will not be hosting the show called ‘To the point’ for Sansad TV til the suspension is revoked.
