Navjot Singh Sindhu takes charge of Congress Punjab unit, breaks ice with CM Amarinder Singh

Navjot Singh Sidhu has taken over the charge as head of Punjab’s Congress party unit, with the Chief Minister Amarinder Singh on dias along with him on Friday. The day followed weeks-long dispute and disagreement by the Punjab CM over party’s decision of choosing Sidhu to be part president in Punjab. The ice between two politicians seems to be broken now.  In his first speech as party unit head, Sidhu indicated his modus operandi on dealing with affairs in the state.
