USPS to Host Job Fairs on March 22 and 31 in SC

CHARLESTON, SC – The Postal Service is actively hiring and holding multiple job fairs in various communities throughout South Carolina this month. If you’re looking for stability, lifelong benefits, good pay, and career advancement opportunities, then the Postal Service is the place for you.
We are urgently looking for City Carrier Assistants (CCA), Assistant Rural Carriers (ARC), and Rural Carrier Associates (RCA) to join our team in Mt. Pleasant and Goose Creek areas. Whether you’re seeking a full or part-time job, a new career path, or your first-time job, please plan to visit one of our upcoming job fairs:
Wednesday, March 22, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Mount Pleasant Post Office (held at the Wando Mount Pleasant Library), located at 1400 Carolina Park Blvd, Mt. Pleasant SC 29466.
Friday, March 31, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Goose Creek Post Office (held at the Berkeley Count Library), located at 325 Old Moncks, Goose Creek SC 29445.
At the job fairs, USPS personnel will be on-site to provide detailed information about the positions and answer any questions you may have. Starting pay for these positions ranges from $18.92 to $19.62 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Applications are only accepted online at www.usps.com/careers. Applicants must be 18 years of age, possess a valid SC Driver’s License, and may be required to use their personal vehicle. Applicants must also be able to pass drug screening and a criminal background investigation and be available to work weekends and holidays.
