USCIS Changes Filing Location for Form I-907 With Form I-140

WASHINGTON, DC- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will initiate a transition in the filing location process for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, when submitted concurrently with Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers, starting on November 13.

As of November 13, the filing location for newly submitted Forms I-140, filed concurrently with Form I-907, will shift from the USCIS service centers to the USCIS lockbox. This transition is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency by minimizing our presence at the service centers, digitizing procedures, and reducing operational costs.

Please note that this change in filing location does not pertain to cases where you are filing Form I-907 for a Form I-140 that is already pending, or if you are submitting Form I-140 along with an associated application (e.g., Form I-765, Form I-131, or Form I-485). We will soon announce filing location updates for these forms; however, for the time being, they should still be submitted to the service centers, as indicated on the Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker page.

It is important to be aware that as of the stated date, the USCIS lockboxes will reject any Form I-907 filed together with a Form I-140 that includes an associated Form I-131, Form I-485, or Form I-765. Requests of this nature should continue to be filed with the service centers, following the instructions provided on the Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker page.

Beginning on November 13, please utilize the following addresses when mailing both Form I-140 and Form I-907 together to USCIS. Commencing on December 13, USCIS will decline any Form I-907 submitted with Form I-140 that is sent to the former service center address.
