UP: 7 officials suspended as death toll in Chitrakoot hooch tragedy rises to 5

The death toll in the Uttar Pradesh hooch tragedy rose up to five on Monday, following which seven officials have so far been suspended. Commenting on the incident, police today said a village watchman has also been dismissed in connection with the case. The incident took place in Khopa village and the first death was recorded on Saturday, according to police.
