On December 29, 2022, Soni Razdan took to her Instagram handle and shared a video filled with many memorable pictures from 2022. From the veteran actress’ cutesy picture with her husband and iconic filmmaker, Mahesh Bhatt, to posing alongside her lovely daughter, Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt, the video was bombarded with priceless pictures. However, one picture is now leading all the headlines and is getting shared on the internet. The first picture in the video featured Ranbir proposing to his ladylove, Alia Bhatt, for marriage in Maasai Mara.

When Soni Razdan talked about her granddaughter, Raha, for the first time

Since her daughter, Alia Bhatt has become a mother, and Soni Razdan has been promoted to grandmother, the latter has been on cloud nine. Although the doting grandmother hasn’t talked much about her granddaughter in the media, it was during the screening of her film, Uunchai, when she finally reacted to it. The actress was asked about her feelings about becoming a grandmother and what emotions she had experienced during that very moment when Alia delivered her baby.

Answering the same, Soni Razdan admitted that it was a priceless moment for her, and since the birth of her grandchild, Raha, she has been giving tips to her daughter, Alia Bhatt. However, the veteran actress also added that motherhood is a journey and Alia would discover it eventually all on her own.

Further, in the same interaction with the media stationed outside the premiere of Uunchai, Soni Razdan also admitted her granddaughter, Raha is a blessing. She further shared how both Alia and Raha were perfectly safe and sound during the delivery, and it was indeed a blessing from the almighty. However, the veteran actress also added that she was quite scared about Alia’s delivery, just like every mother in the world. Still, everything turned out to be exceptionally well in the end.
