Two Charged with driving under the influence

CHICAGO, IL— Javed K. Noor, 39, was charged with driving under the influence and violating an order of protection after he was located inside a parked vehicle that was running in an alley behind the 9000 block of North Cumberland Avenue According to police. One of the two passengers in the vehicle had an order of protection against Noor, and he was also found to have a warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior DUI charge, police said.

25 year old Asfand Yar Khan, resident of Arlington Heights, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on September 19th following a traffic stop in the 9500 block of Milwaukee Avenue. Khan is scheduled to appear in court October 18.
