TMC leader Sushmita Dev condemns Tripura Police for booking 102 Twitter accounts under the UAPA

Tripura–TMC leader Sushmita Dev expresses anger against the Tripura police, condemning them for invoking the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act or UAPA charges against 102 Twitter accounts. The Police have asked Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube to stop these accounts and provide details about the account users. Sushmita Dev, who served as the Congress party’s women’s wing president, resigned in August 2021 and joined Trinamool Congress. Addressing ANI news, Dev expressed that TMC condemns such acts and clearly states that it can’t face intolerance and violence against any community.
