Los Angeles, March 16: Singer Nicole Scherzinger says she is “very close” to TV host Sharon Osbourne.

The two forged a close bond when they worked on TV show “The X Factor” together and Scherzinger is grateful she can move on to Osbourne for seeking advice, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
