Second brother faces murder charge in Far South Side shooting, prosecutors say

A 22-year-old man is the second brother charged with chasing down a 21-year-old man until he tripped and curled into a fetal position, then standing over him firing multiple rounds into his body last month, according to Cook County prosecutors.
