Priyanka Chopra to Step away from her Restaurant Sona

NEW YORK, NY–When Indian actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas announced her foray into the world of hospitality and Indian food, there was a lot of buzz amongst the Indian community. Her restaurant Sona, in partnership with New York based restaurateur Manish Goyal was the talk of the town and the eatery not only became a coveted spot for foodies but also became a major attraction for those who wanted to experiment with Indian food. Along with the eatery, Chopra also launched a line of homeware, linen and dinnerware called Sona Home.

However now the eatery would run without Priyanka’s partnership and creative inputs. It is being speculated that Chopra would be part of global hospitality related ventures in the future.
