Pritzker calls for loans to help municipalities hit with high utility bills during severe cold snap

Severe cold and heavy snow in February that spurred a sharp increase in utility bills prompted Gov. J.B. Pritzker on Tuesday to call for a $15 million low-interest loan program for municipalities affected by high natural gas prices.
