Police investigating Portage Park shooting, crash with street sweeper that leads to 4 seriously injured

Chicago police are investigating a shooting and a crash between a car and a street sweeper in the Portage Park neighborhood Monday morning that caused both vehicles to catch fire and sent four people to the hospital with serious injuries.
