Someone else said: ‘The worst experience I had here…. Me and my friends decided to go this lounge last weekend. After paying $20 for parking each car, we was redirected to go to the bar and advised seating was not guaranteed because we didn’t have reservations. We decided to not go into the lounge to pay another $20 to get it if seated wasn’t available. Was maybe parked for 5 minutes and they advised we couldn’t get our $20 back. We didn’t even go in the club we just give security parking ticket.’
A fan said: ‘Horrible place went there for my sister birthday and sister in law birthday and my brother paid a lot of money for the biggest section they separated the sections had family from Chicago in the building. You should genuinely look into your staff they were Horrible at trying to fix the issue @neneleakes but thank you for the free shots that’s all we got.’
