One of the most awaited weddings in Tinseltown is all set to take place this weekend. Yes! We are talking about Suniel Shetty’s daughter, Athiya Shetty’s wedding with her longtime boyfriend and cricketer, KL Rahul. As per multiple reports, the madly-in-love duo would tie the knot on January 23, 2023. And it seems that the pre-wedding festivities have already begun in Suniel’s lavish farmhouse.

A few moments back, on January 21, 2022, we stumbled upon a video while scrolling our IG feeds, wherein we can spot Suniel Shetty’s Khandala farmhouse decorated beautifully for his daughter, Athiya Shetty’s wedding with KL Rahul. Though the video was taken from a huge distance as the couple has decided to get married in the absence of mobile phones and with only 100 attendees. Athiya Shetty, KL Rahul’s wedding to take place in Sunil Shetty’s lavish Khandala bungalow

As per a report in the ETimes, Athiya and KL Rahul would exchange the wedding vows in a grand South Indian-style wedding which would take place in Sunil Shetty’s lavish bungalow, Jahan in Khandala. The mesmerising abode is no less than a dreamy one and best suited to host an extravagant ceremony. It features lavish green gardens, a wooden entrance, aesthetic and glass rooms and many more.

Not only Suniel Shetty’s home, earlier, on January 17, 2023, we had also stumbled upon stunning glimpses of the wedding preparations going on outside the cricketer’s home. As Athiya and Rahul’s wedding and pre-wedding ceremonies were knocking on the door, his house was seen getting decorated with lights and floral hangings. In a video shared by a paparazzi account, the cricketer’s residence looked enlighted by the wedding decorations.

As per reports, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul’s wedding would be a highly secretive one. Moreover, as the current trends are going on, they would also have a no-phone policy at their wedding. If sources are to be believed, their wedding venue would open gates to only their close friends, family members and big names from the cricket and entertainment world. Further, we have reports that their wedding reception would reportedly occur after the IPL 2023 as the cricketer would have to leave for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023 in February 2023.
