KCR saved TSRTC: Harish Rao

BUY-SELL | HELP WANTED | MATRIMONIAL

Karimnagar: Finance Minister T Harish Rao said that despite the union government’s instructions to states to sell loss making companies, Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao had saved TSRTC, which was also in losses.

While the central government led by BJP was selling public sector undertakings, Telangana state was taking steps to protect government organizations. Moreover, Telangana has announced 30 per cent salary hike to state government employees while the union government washed its hands off by giving a meagre 7 per cent hike to its employees.

So, people of Huzurabad should think whether they want to vote for BJP, which was selling off PSU or TRS, which was protecting government units. Harish Rao participated in the retired employees Atmiya Sammelanam held in Huzurabad on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that the state government suffered a loss of Rs 1 lakh crore due to Covid.

Though 4,000 houses were sanctioned to Huzurabad constituency, the BJP leader Eatala Rajender failed to complete a single house and hand over it to a single family. He exposed Rajender’s failures in completion of houses. However, the BJP leader was unable to digest facts. The competition in Huzurabad by-polls is going to be held between the owners of a two acres land as well as 200 acres land lord. Instead of the benefit of a single person, people should think about the benefit of 2 lakh voters.

Rajender was making indifferent statements with a fear of defeat. TRS candidate Gellu Srinivas was a strong Telangana protagonist and was working for TRS during the last 20 years. Karimnagar MP and BJP state president Bandi Sanjay Kumar had not spent at least Rs 10 lakh funds for the development of any place of his constituency during the last two and half years.
