Indian American Lawyer to Join Council of the Administrative Conference

Indian American lawyer Shakuntla L Bhaya may be all set to join as a member of Council of the Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS). The council is charged with recommending improvements to administrative process and procedure.

Bhaya is a co-owner of a Delaware law firm, Law Offices of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya. She has also been a member of Delaware Governor John Carney’s Judicial Nominating Commission. She has also been a member of Delaware Governor John Carney’s Judicial Nominating Commission. Bhaya is the first South Asian Indian to be admitted to the Delaware Bar Association. She is a graduate from Northeastern University School of Law.
