BUY-SELL | HELP WANTED | MATRIMONIAL

Hyderabad: Forum Sujana Mall in Hyderabad said it has managed to recover 100 per cent of its business that it did in the same months of 2019. The mall now has over 15 exclusive brands.

Nexus Malls have inducted seven Forum Malls into their portfolio earlier this year, taking the count of malls to 16, spread across 12 cities. Since the transition to Nexus Malls, there have been several beautifications and upgrades underway at Forum Sujana Mall.

Since the takeover, Nexus Malls have undertaken structural upgrades of the central atrium, where all the large installations and activations were hosted, and will now have a more modern look. The lift lobbies, food court and washrooms will also dawn a fresh international look. With the completion of the new façade, Forum Sujana Mall will also have a brand new exterior to boast about.

Nexus Malls and its portfolio of 16 malls in 12 cities stayed ahead of its curve by bringing operational and technology transformation and clocked over 95 per cent business recovery in Indian modern retail until September end.

With a combination of the best brands including luxury, F&B & Cinema, the entire portfolio of malls under Nexus Malls recovered over 100 per cent of its business even after being dented by the first and second wave. The brand also maintained 95 per cent occupancy rate by extending its undivided support for its retails during the testing times.

For the festivities this year, Forum Sujana Mall will have a unique décor named the ‘Sound of Happyness.’ Inspired by the majestic bells, the mall aims to bring the feel of spirituality and positivity.

With the largest market demand and supply share for flex transactions in the country, CBRE India has represented over 800 occupier clients in around 1,300 flex deals. Along with helping key operators acquire almost 7.6 million sq ft of fresh space across the country, major corporate occupiers have also leased almost 86,000 workstations through CBRE India in the last five years.
