Hari Om Mandir’s fund-raiser

The hallowed Hari Om Mandir organized its annual 'Fund-Raising Dinner-2013’ at India House-Banquet hall, Schaumburg, IL on September 28 with about 200 devotees, friends and well-wishers attending the well-planned event. 

 

There was a great combination of entertainment and charity with a gripping Bhangra dance by Tushar & group and lilting songs by Raju Bankapur, Pratibha Jairath, Gaurav Khanna, Priyanka Khanna with support from MC Gayatri Rathod and DJ Saif Ali.  

 

Fund-raising committee chairman Indrajit Sarkar thanked the devotees for their generous donations which, he said, had helped shape a wonderful place of worship that has kept the Indian cultural heritage alive.

 

Ayodhia Salwan, chairman of the popular shrine's board of trustees lauded the efforts of Sarkar as well as Brij Sharma, president of the executive board, to attract believers to the temple by organizing novel programs now and then, and spoke about the installation of Shri Shiromani Bhagat Hanuman Ji Murti at the shrine.

 

Hanuman Ji Sapthahik Yagna is being held from October 14 to 20.
