The future of 75 students enrolled in three courses of Delhi College of Arts and Commerce(DCAC) hangs in the balance due to severe administrative lapses by the institution’s management. The UGC has twice rejected DCAC principal Anuradha Gupta’s application for funding of the three courses in about two months.
