Cyclone Nivar set to hit Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Puducherry witness heavy rains: Latest developments
Heavy rains lash Chennai, Puducherry as well as parts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as Cyclone Nivar closes in over Bay of Bengal.
