COVID-19: TN Health & Family Welfare Dept sprays disinfectants around state assembly during session

CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU- The Health & Family Welfare Department of Tamil Nadu sprayed disinfectants around state assembly on March 23.

Disinfectants were sprayed during assembly session to tackle COVID-19 outbreak. Lockdown has been imposed in Tamil Nadu till March 31 in the backdrop of coronavirus outbreak, The order will come into effect from March 23 at 6:00 am. There are total 12 positive cases for coronovirus in Tamil Nadu so far.

According to Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the total number fo coronavirus positive cases rode to 471 in India including foreign nationals.
