Ms. Al-Wazzan joined Kuwait Airways in1995 and has worked in various capacities ranging from ground handling and training to contract procurement and most recently, Director Ground Handling in Kuwait. Ms. Al-Wazzan has enjoyed 18 years of success in Kuwait and has developed efficiencies to stream-line business practices and reduce costs; fostering a rewarding and positive working environment for employees; achieved outstanding customer service feedback from clients and business partners, through her expertise and industry experience.
