Chicago man busted in Wisconsin with $20,000 worth of cocaine in car, documents show

A Trempealeau County Sheriff’s deputy stopped a Chicago man on Interstate 94 near Osseo for multiple traffic violations. A police dog alerted to narcotics in the car, police said.
