In early trends, Trudeau’s Liberal party is leading on 107 seats, Conservatives on 52, NDP on 27. Five Punjabi-origin candidates are leading on all five seats in Brampton.

Punjabi Anita Anand is also leading from Oaksvilla.

Ruby Sahota, Sonia Sidhu, Maninder Singh Sidhu and Kamal Khera leading in Brampton, while Jagdeep Singh has now started trailing from Liberal candidate on one seat in Brampton.

Chandra Arya leading from Nepean.

Harjit Singh Sajjan is just leading with 10 votes in early trends as counting has just begin in this seat.

Jagmeet Singh led NDP is leading on 27 seats, which is three seats more than it’s tally of 24 seats it won in 2019 election.

Randeep Singh Sarai is leading from Surrey Central. Sukh Dhaliwal is leading from Surrey Newton. Jagmeet Singh is leading from his Burnaby South.

Canada defence minister Harjit Sajjan is facing neck to neck fight from his rival conservative candidate Sukhbir Singh Gill as Sajjan is leading with only 6 votes now.

NDP is the only party, which seems to be gaining in seats in this snap polls as compared to it’s previous 2019 polls figures.
