Turin, April 3: Juventus have announced that Boca Juniors young midfielder Rodrigo Bentancu on Monday underwent his medical here ahead of a "proposed move" to the record Italian football champions.
The Under-20 Uruguay international, who arrived at Juventus Medical centre here this afternoon carried out routine tests, according to the Juventus website.
Juventus have a first refusal option to sign the 19-year-old as part of the deal in which they sold veteran striker Carlos Tevez to the Argentine club.
It has been reported that Juventus will pay Boca around $10 million to buy the midfielder who has also been a reported transfer target of Real Madrid and Manchester United.
