Bakul Patel Joins Google Health as Senior Director

WASHINGTON, DC – Indian American Bakul Patel, has joined Google Health as its senior director of Global Digital Health Strategy and Regulatory.

Before joining Google, Patel worked more than a decade with FDA. His most recent role as its Chief Digital Health Officer of Global Strategy and Innovation.

Announcing his new role, he wrote on Linkedin: “I am excited to announce that I am joining Google Health to be part of an incredible mission – “To Help Billions of People Be Healthier”. I am looking forward to learning from the teams in health across Google and Alphabet
