Astronaut Thomas Pesquet’s picture of Earth taken from the International Space Station (ISS) is making waves on the internet now. The French aerospace engineer is currently on a mission led by the European Space Agency.

Although the images are just a view of the lights from afar, it looks like it has engulfed an entire constellation within it.

Sharing the image, Thomas wrote in the caption, “Who needs special effects or science fiction, when you have a space station.”

Adding to his mesmerising posts from the space station giving a glimpse at the lives of the astronauts currently staying aboard ISS, Thomas gives a glimpse of how they also stay physically fit even in space.

In his latest posts, he shares a short clip of his ‘space workout’ session which has left several netizens in awe.

He also shared a caption in French which when translated reads “Muscle building from space” while ending it with the question “#SpaceWorkOut anyone?.”

The video was shared about 20 hours ago and has garnered over 1.1 lakh likes and is still counting.

A few netizens also quizzed if “he produces electricity with the exercise?” Well, we still don’t know the answer to that.
